About this mod

This is the second Void shard for Subnautica: Call of the Void!
It adds the Hydra submarine, a fast and agile exploration vehicle. The Hydra features unique new systems, an interactible upgrade screen, living quarters and a storage room - all accessible via internal elevators.

The Hydra

This mod is the second Void Shard for Subnautica: Call of the Void, featuring a new Submarine!

The Hydra class submarine has been synthesized by your PDA utilizing partial alien blueprints and existing Alterra technology.
It features a rotating body allowing for exploration of tight spaces while maintaining high average speeds and pressure resistance.
The AdvancedControlMode allows pilots to manually determine rotation while remaining up-right thanks to the gyroscopic pilot chair.

Controllers are NOT supported in this version, but will be in the final mod.
Currently, this mod breaks controller support for the entire game while it's installed!

Known Issues:
- Submarine colors look off
- Elevator SFX are not properly aligned
- Autopilot is not disabled when leaving the Hydra, causing it to keep going indefinitely
- The "intro" video does not play properly on some systems
- If you can't see the Hydra in the MVB, try the "unlock hydra" command
