Teleport around like a warper! Teleport forward, to your base, to beacons, vehicles, anything!

Adds two new equippable chip items, as well as a vehicle module and a fancy new beacon.

The two equippable chip items are the warp chip and the ultimate warp chip. Both allow you to teleport forward a short distance, and have a short cooldown. The ultimate warp chip uses half the charge, so has effectively two charges and halved cooldown. Both of them offer an alternative use if you hold down the teleport key, the icon will empty and slowly refill and once it's full you'll teleport back to your last entered base (cyclops or seabase)

The vehicle module and beacon are part of what's called the "teleping beacon" system. These are unique ping icons that you can teleport to by looking at them when you hold the teleport key mentioned above. So if you're not looking at any teleping beacons, you'll teleport to your last base. But if you are looking at one, you'll teleport directly to the beacon. If the beacon is actually a vehicle, you'll teleport to and instantly enter the vehicle. The beacons are green when teleportation is allowed, but swap to red if there's something obstructing them or otherwise stopping teleportation. Beacons are considered obstructed when there's a solid object within 3 meters of the beacon. This is largely to prevent clipping, so you can't place beacons directly next to the terrain and then teleport and end up under the map. For vehicles you're allowed to teleport as long as the vehicle has the module, has energy, and is not docked to a moonpool/cyclops.

There's a number of config options allowing you to edit the teleport key, the distance both in and out of seabases, the cooldown, and whether you're allowed to teleport to a lifepod or not (because the game doesn't keep full track of your last base when loading a save game, therefore you could theoretically accidentally teleport all the way back to your life pod if the game forgot what your last base was. This is a safety check to avoid cases of extreme annoyance, as I know I wouldn't want to teleport thousands of meters to my lifepod just because the game was being dumb)
