Adds a Recipe in basic Materials that allows you to craft Enameled Glass using the Below Zero formula.

This is the first time I’ve evermade a “mod” and this is just a text file that works with Custom Craft 2 to allow
users to create Enameled Glass without needing Starker Teeth, it was brought to
my attention that in Below Zero you could make the same item using Glass,
Diamonds and Lead so I created a recipe to do so.
This doesn’t edit the existingrecipe just adds a another means of getting the same item without needing to
grind teeth.
