This mod replaces the original audio for drowning that has a mixed in high pitch noise usually with the heartbeat and water sounds. This replacement has the original drowning sounds without the high pitch noise with the drowning music from Sonic the Hedgehog. (Original water sounds and heartbeat from drowning in Subside are still audible as I mixed it together with the music).
I included a few variations, pick which one you want (only one will work at once).

- Create the "~mods" folder in "*\Subside\Subside\Content\Paks".
- Drop the pak for example STRmodsSonicDrown_P.pak in the "~mods" folder.
