Lollia, also called SkyrimSplicer, is a dedicated audio splicer of both music and dialogue.
She is primarily into mod creation for the Legendary Edition of Skyrim, but also creates mods (albeit mostly unreleased) for Fallout 3 (her favourite), Fallout 4, and Fallout New Vegas.

3/28/25: Still on the hunt for good (easy on the eyes, non-migraine-inducing) mod sites, so send me a PM if you run across any. Discord has become more of a roller-coaster since I last saw it, so perhaps I'll end up creating a blog like Sforz has and host my mods there.
What I have shared on the Nexus will continue to be maintained, but unless the contrast issues improve, I am seriously doubtful of sharing anything new here. To do so would be—quite literally—not worth the headache.
