The Fulgent is, often considered to be the best engine in the game. Almost a game-changing beast on its own. However, it has the drawback of needing to be near end-game to take a look at this beast at all.
This small story event wishes to give an alternative. The event can be seen as soon as you obtain the Tireless Mechanic (one of the officers that is recruitable extremely early game) and visit Kingeater Castle.
The event is possible to do when you get the Caligo-class Merchant Cruiser as the only requirement that will hold you back from doing it extremely early game is the minimum crew requirements.
