Changed Npcs aim, rate of fire and reaction time in order to be likely human.

Accuracy, reaction time, and fire rate are now the same across all AI difficulty levels, even on modded maps

-Accuracy, reaction time, and fire rate are now the same across all AI difficulty levels, even on modded maps
-The original mod "SEF FR" required 20 seconds to pick locks, my mod restore vanilla 4 seconds

Created primarily for "SEF First Responders" mod
but it is probably also compatible with Swat Elite Force Mod and Vanilla game


This mod is an equivalent of "AILevelData by Nikolay97" but for Swat 4


Installation:
-Copy and paste "SEF_FR" inside game directory overwriting (make a backup of interested files)
-Enjoy

-If you want to use/try this mod on vanilla game, copy and paste "System" folder (inside SEF_FR) into "\SWAT 4\Content" and "\SWAT 4\ContentExpansion" to be sure

-You can try to use this mod on other mods


Mods suggestions:
-SEF First Responders Maybe one of the best improvement for Swat 4
-Swat4 Reshade (2021 Preset) Reshade Preset adding in SMAA,Bloom, Sharpening and other effects to improve the visual presentation of SWAT4.
-SWAT 4 - Amalgam Zenith - (Map Pack) The biggest mod map pak
