Hi there NIKKE fan,
I bet you were disappointed when you tried to download the other Nikke mods on this site to find out they were not compatible with the game. I was too. So much so that I learned how to mod, and then converted all the textures to make them compatible with the current version. (Yes I asked for permission)
This mod replaces Tetramon Base, Destiny, and Ghost with characters from Goddess of Victory: Nikke. It also replaces the other items in the shop with Nikke themed merchandise. There may be some visual glitches. Please understand.
To make this work you will need the following:

MoreCardExpansions: https://www.nexusmods.com/tcgcardshopsimulator/mods/48
EDIT: I made a mistake when packing these files, if you downloaded it already and the names are wrong, please either download the new version and follow the below steps, or take the "Custom" file from your bepinex folder and move it to plugins\customexpansionpackimages\configs and overwrite.
If you downloaded this after 2/7 then ignore the above
To Install:
Make sure you have the three above files installed. Also be sure to follow all the steps below. There are 6 total and they have been tested to work with a fresh install.
1. Extract this mod to your TCG Shop Sim data directory (ex: *\Steam\steamapps\common\TCG Card Shop Simulator)
(Overwrite if prompted)
2. Play the game
3. Press F1 and go to TextureReplacer
4. Make it match the below:
5. In the same F1 menu, Go to TCGShopExpansionMod and make it match the below
6. Reload your savegame
That's it. Like I said this is my first mod so hopefully it came out okay. Have fun with your Nikke!
