Description:
Allows you to adjust the base belt speed for the game. This multiplies with each upgrade as well!

Installation Instructions:
1. - Install BepInEx
2. - Place "BeltSpeed.dll" in [Game Directory] > BepInEx > Plugins
3. - Place "Cow.Techtonica.BeltSpeed.cfg" in [Game Directory] > BepInEx > config
4. - Enjoy!
Uninstall Instructions:
1. - Remove the files above from their directories
2. - Enjoy no mod!
