Adds lidia muscle tone to all the ladies, there are 3 main difference, all on the abs :
1. T8 Lidia muscle tone with T8 Lidia's abs muscle
2. T8 Lidia muscle tone with straight abs muscle line
3. T8 Lidia muscle tone with T7 Lidia's abs muscle
each style comes with 3 intensities (half, full, and extra)
