What is Terminator Director's Cut ❓❓
This mod contains all my mods in one. It is designed for immersion and a little more fun.
It is perfect for those who want to restart the campaign.
It will grow and adapt over time. It will be a better version of all my mods. 

Contains:
1. Free Camera - This is only available if you set it in the settings. With this mod you are even more free than in the developer version ❗
2. Wrecks and Bodies Stay Forever - Wrecks & Dead Bodies stay forever or with 5 Minutes for weaker PCs. Vanilla only 30 Seconds....
3. Humvees and Trucks can tow Heavy guns - Just as the name suggests.
4. Immersive Reinforcements - A little more Reinforcements in Campaign, but in a realistic and not unrealistic mode.
                                                  - Briefly explained, this means that in every mission you always have more units than Vanilla at the beginning, but not too many.                                                        - But at the end with the last reinforcement opportunity you can bring in all your forces.
5. Immersive Shop - Realistic shop history during the campaign. More units, new units and more items to buy.
                                  - Lazlos Rangers has Survived.
                                  - The Priest from Abiquiu is finally a hero + an additional weapon & new Skins.
                                  - You can also buy 2 squads of lost US Infantry and 1 US Engineer Tank Crew.
                                  - After the Conquest of Tortuga, The Furies fight for you and you can Recruit Cartel Members.
6. Militia is now a squad of 3 female & 7 Male soldiers. Including more Weapon Slots.
7. Lucia can be recruited after conquering Tortuga. She is a HERO with higher life energy, has 2 sisters at her side and can abseil from helicopters.
8. Helicopters have more fuel and ammunition. Furthermore, the Resistance Heli now uses the Cartel paint job.
9. All heroes: Calderon, Big Bob, Kondo, Lazlos Squad, Hacker, Lucia, Pastor & Furien Squad now have their FINAL profile picture in your army.
10. The Founders Infantry and Rangers have more weapon slots.
11. Increased the firing range of the Abrams TANKS to make it much more realistic.
12. The Technician MAC and the Wichowsky brothers from Abiquiu are now heroes ! Thanks go to: DISGUSTANG

Compatibility
Overhauls mod are incompatible with everything.

Performance ❓
The Wrecks, Dead bodies and also the camera panning will put a strain on your system. Better CPU = fewer problems.
Since the last performance update, the game has generally been running much better.

Install:
Place the basis file in your Terminator Dark Fate Defiance installation folder. Where the exe file is.
Modding tutorial step below is required ❗

1.
First go to your Terminator Steam folder. Mostly here: C:\STEAM\steamapps\common\Terminator Dark Fate - Defiance
or wherever you installed the game.

2.
Below you will find a Pak file with the name: basis.pak
You drag or cut this out and put it in the [Basis] folder, which is the first folder at the top.

Then you go into the folder and simply unpack the pak file there.
It's 22 GB so wait a few minutes. Password: oKoo$]bnGTKJLMNBA9A

3.1 PATCHES ❗
You have to do exactly the same with the patches Pak files. Otherwise they will not be used by the game. Yes, you have to unpack it in your basis folder with the same password. Overwrite everything.

Please delete the pack files afterwards or put it in a new folder on your desktop called Backup.

5.
Now you are ready for modding ❗ No, you no longer need to pack the files together. As they are now open, the game loads much faster and you can mod at any time.

Go to https://www.nexusmods.com/terminatordarkfatedefiance and get your desired mod and then replace the file in the [Basis] folder that you want to mod. Make a backup of the file you exchanged so that you can always replace it if something doesn't work.


6.1. Restore Vanilla 😮
If for some reason you make a mistake and no longer know how to undo it or wanted to have a fresh folder without your manupilation, which makes sense after a new update from the developer, then the following applies:

Delete the entire folder or content in there!
Go to the Steam library in the Terminator properties and under installed files and make an error check. This means the entire folder will be restored to its original form with the latest updates. It will be reloaded directly from Steam.
My saves? Don't worry, they're in another location. You don't lose them.



GERMAN/DEUTSCH TUTORIAL ❗

1.
Geht als erstes zu eurem Terminator Steam-Ordner. Meistens hier: C:\STEAM\steamapps\common\Terminator Dark Fate – Defiance
oder wo auch immer Ihr das Spiel installiert habt.

Mit den Patches-Pak-Dateien müssen Sie genau das Gleiche tun. Andernfalls werden sie vom Spiel nicht verwendet. Ja, Sie müssen es mit demselben Passwort in Ihren Basis Ordner entpacken. Alles überschreiben.

Bitte löschen Sie anschließend die Packdateien oder legen Sie sie in einem neuen Ordner auf Ihrem Desktop mit dem Namen „Backup“ ab.

Jetzt sind Sie bereit zum Modding ❗ Nein, Sie müssen die Dateien nicht mehr zusammenpacken. Da sie jetzt geöffnet sind, lädt das Spiel viel schneller und Sie können jederzeit modifizieren.

Gehen Sie zu https://www.nexusmods.com/terminatordarkfatedefiance und holen Sie sich den gewünschten Mod. Ersetzen Sie dann die Datei im Ordner [Basis], die Sie modifizieren möchten. Erstellen Sie eine Sicherungskopie der ausgetauschten Datei, damit Sie diese jederzeit ersetzen können, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert.


6.1. Vanille wiederherstellen 😮
Wenn Sie aus irgendeinem Grund einen Fehler machen und nicht mehr wissen, wie Sie ihn rückgängig machen können oder einen neuen Ordner ohne Ihre Manipulation haben möchten, was nach einem neuen Update des Entwicklers sinnvoll ist, dann gilt Folgendes:

Löschen Sie den gesamten Ordner oder Inhalt darin!
Gehen Sie in den Terminator-Eigenschaften und unter „Installierte Dateien“ zur Steam-Bibliothek und führen Sie eine Fehlerprüfung durch. Dies bedeutet, dass der gesamte Ordner mit den neuesten Updates in seiner ursprünglichen Form wiederhergestellt wird. Es wird direkt von Steam nachgeladen.
Meine Spielstände ? Keine Sorge, sie befinden sich an einem anderen Ort. Du verlierst sie nicht.
