SpiderReplacer - 'Babe' Exclusive Hidden Monster

This mod replaces the Spiders by summer 'Babes'. It is an exclusive creature Bethesda didn't put in the final version of the game. The sound as been replaced by probably the most accurate one: FemaleDying/Moaning sound effect. No more Arachnophia .

Divine Intervention

Are you lost deep within a dungeon, unable to find your way back? Or are you diseased and unable to fast travel to get a cure? If so, this mod is for you! This mod will edit your save to teleport you into a Temple, where you can be healed and then leave to go back to a town, similar to the Divine Intervention spell from TES 3: Morrowind.

Skyrim Sounds and Some New Music

Simply converted Skyrim sounds to VOC files, and added some new XMI files.

Daggerfall Skeleton Screech

Replaces the default skeleton sound with that iconic screech from daggerfall

Add Spell Points

Adds possibility for warriors (and other classes to use magic). Also looks like it adds possibility for crit.

Blank-out

This mod includes everything needed to blank-out the various parts of Arena's character sheet. Uses include large custom portraits, and the ability to take clean shots of equipment.
