From the team behind Nehrim - At Fate's Edge, comes Enderal - The Shards of Order - a total conversion mod for Skyrim, set a couple of years after the events of Nehrim. The team, volunteers from the dedicated modding community SureAI, aims to continue the tradition of the intensive and complex storytelling introduced in Nehrim. This basically means that, what they do here is fantasy for adults, it is dirty and immersive, and there are no fairies!
There has not been set any official release date for the mod, but by the scope of the project, I reckon it might take some time.

So far, we’ve worked over 2400 hours on Enderal, all on a voluntary basis, in order to create a Total Conversion for Skyrim that offers a unique RPG-experience and can maybe even exceed Enderals predecessor, Nehrim: At Fate’s Edge.
We’d really appreciate your support in this.
Vote for Enderal here
Nehrim won the award “Mod of the Year 2010” and thus earned a place in the Hall of Fame, among the mods Day Z and Counter Strike.
I wasn't sure on whether I should open a new thread, but since this one already got some replies, I might as well ask the threadstarter to update it.
First of all, multiple people have asked on whether there will be English voice-acting. We're definitely planning to do that. We've got very qualified translators and we believe that we might be able to achieve a similar quality as we did with the German VA in Nehrim. But we can't make promises yet. There'll also be an English version with German VA and subtitles, since many people in our forum asked for that.
We're still reluctant to give out a release date because we don't want to make any promises we cannot keep. Even though we're making good progress.
Furthermore, we've released some new material on the occasion of our 9th anniversary. It includes five new screenshots, a new illustration, a new model, a scripting-tutorial by one of our programmers and a folk-song which will be sung in Enderal. If you're interested: http://sureai.de/?lang=en
We weren't aware of this thread until now, but I'll gladly bookmark it and answer questions, if there are any.
All the best,
Latiro
As for subtitles, I played Nehrim with them and actually enjoyed the German dialogue. And while it would be nice to have English dialogue, it would be better to have good German dialogue with English subtitles, than to have the weak, fake-sounding type of English dialogue that is often used in non-English movies.
I'm looking forward to Enderal...very much.
Just don't expect them to do it themselves lol.
the game should not have english dialogue ONLY BECAUSE americans and some british want it. The rest of the world most likely will STILL NEED subtitles, so what real difference will it make?
