This mod adds a new quality 4 item, the new Technology 1.5! When picked up, it reduces the fire rate and range by 50% and adds a laser like Technology 2, but for the left eye.
The quality of the item justifies the fact that the laser does player's full damage! The item can be found in the treasure room or in the boss rush.
