This simple correction of the binoculars overlay screen position for New England does what the ladies and gentlemen of the development team seem unable to do. Simply removes the annoying transparent bar at the bottom of the binoculars view. This change is truly a piece of cake and would cost the devs about 5 minutes of work :-)
