Hi! This is my first time uploading to Nexus, so please bear with me
If you don't like the amount of saturation, I've included a photo that explains how to adjust it or completely turn it off. I apologize for the bad visibility of the font. The preset was made to mostly benefit snowy/dark areas, which are, in my opinion, the majority of the game, but there are bright locations where it might not look good, like the Seattle forest (pictures below), which is sometimes very saturated.
The preset was specifically made to be very simple and easy to adjust by yourself, therefore I highly recommend you play with the preset settings throughout the game and adjust it to each location, the brightness/saturation is not consistent throughout the base game :)
Before you download, I'm warning you that the lighting bloom effect also affects the menu, not just the game, so it'll look like you got flash banged, lol Unfortunately, I don't think that there's a way to limit the effects only to the gameplay.
Download ReShade Download my preset into the root folder or wherever you'd like Open the ReShade installer and select tlou-ii.exe, press Next Select DirectX 10/11/12, press Next Click "Browse..." button on the bottom and select my preset from where you saved it, then press Next Done! The installer automatically downloads all the effects that the preset needs.
If you've already downloaded ReShade before: Go through the installer again, after DirectX it'll give you an option to update ReShade and Effects It's important to select both ReShade and Effects, from there follow the instructions above
Do you like my preset? Don't forget to endorse it! If you have any questions, let me know!
