The is the reward from the "Makes Space Suits, Won't Travel" quest. Chimaera Armor. The quest is quite the pain in the ass so I wanted to share what you'll get from it should you decide to do it.
Note: The leather won't drop until it's asked for so don't bother trying to gather materials ahead of time.
