after a long search i have found what edits the level cap it does not edit enemy balance so level 50 might get too easy without a mod that increases difficulty well have fun i have more to come:)

updated the xp table you will level up a little faster after level 30 now
slightly altered xp gained from kills and other sources
extended the health scale to level 60
