This increases the original TOW to level 99 cap for Player and Items.

Not for spacers choice, cause it's the worst choice. 
Just drop the Indiana folder in the zip file, into your main install TheOuterWorlds\
After install it should look like this TheOuterWorlds\Indiana
Suggest a new game if you and items, are already at game's max cap.
Tried the mod with my maxed character at level 60 and the first xp blasted me to 99, giving me about 400 Skill points, lol.
Then dropped down to a level 55 game and it was working fine but some of my Items were maxed and could not upgrade.
All the Companion Items were working up to level 60, that's as far as I have tested.
It's seems to jump from level 59 to 99 , so it's a lot of Unintended Free XP.
Trying to find a fix but not sure how, still leaving the mod up in case others want to use it.
