I basically downloaded all the ini tweaks mods, read through a few UE4 docs for tweakable values, and compiled them all into one here and kept all the values I felt improved the graphics. FPS WILL be reduced but the game looks much better in my experience, if you want better performance this mod is not for you but if you want the graphics to look as good as possible without messing with any reshade nonsense than this will be perfect for you. If the FPS drop is too much on your setup I recommend setting the shadow quality and foliage to medium in the ingame graphics settings, for me this seems to greatly increase FPS without much loss to the visuals.
To install just override all the default ini configs in your outer worlds user settings with the one's from this mod.
This mod includes ini tweaks from the following other mods:
So you won't need any of the tweaks from these mods as they are included. I did not include the changes from "The Tweaked Outer Worlds" that disable chromatic aberration, motion blur, and depth of field because imo these are all part of the visual experience so if you want to remove those you'll have to disable them in the ini files manually.
