This will make enemies more responsive in fights, they will shoot more shots, they will switch their attack patterns more often, move around more often and the pauses they take in between switching attack patterns and recovery will not last as long.

Version 1.3
Finally got around to updating this mod with the AI from my Outer Worlds Gameplay and Rebalance Mod that is for the Original Outer Worlds only, this should feel like a much better version, as I quit my Spacer's Choice Edition play through while making this mod and went back to the original version and continued working on it there.
This mod is intended for Supernova or Hard difficulty. All enemies got some sort of change, some of those changes are as follows, I raises the values on shots fired by npcs, so they will shoot more shots before switching to the next attack pattern, I lowered the pauses between NPC actions, so the pauses they take in between switching attack patterns and recovery will not last as long, I lowered cooldown times on some of their actions, so they will use them more often during the encounter, I made various other small changes like lowering their cover time, added in dodge chances when it made sense or made some of them sprint on approach.
For some this mod may make the start of the game around Edgewater a bit more tough until you get some armor and get going, just fight smart, use cover and don't be standing out in the open. Pair this with my Weapons Rebalanced mod, which raises the sound radius of gun shots, so more npcs in the area will hear them and join the fight.
