Allows companions to gain a perk with every level instead of every five.
(Screenshot shows him having only three perks at level seven because I put the mod in on a character at level five. He had one. Level six, he gets another. Level seven, another.)
UPDATE- I forgot SAM is a robot. Added him to the newest version.
UPDATE 3/2023- Now working for Spacer's Choice Edition. I do not yet have SAM so I can't test him, let me know in comments if it doesn't work or if there are other issues.
Unzip the file and put the pak into your Paks folder - The Outer Worlds\Indiana\Content\Paks
