This is a Pure Script Mod and shouldn't have any conflicts.

There's now a 2nd mod. Pause mod extra features. This one has extra features such as pausing when you catch a fish. And when you your active sim is visiting a lot or a sim is visiting your lot. Also toggleable feature that makes it so social interaction by active sim pauses the game.
Don't use both files at the same time.
