Description:

New but slightly odd island world for your sim to live in. Has 200 residents, 70 residential lots, 4 built starter homes from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Various empty lots to build your own home on. Has all the paranormal. Mermaids and Mummies might revert to normal sims, use NRAAS Master Controller, Intermediate, and Occult Add to add their occult status back or not. There are 5 houseboat ports but I didn't add any houseboats to prevent sims from moving into them and causing more lag than the already large world gets. Has all the places for work as expected. Features include 8 dive spots, 2 beaches, a nectary, a resort, a boardwalk hangout, festival grounds, a bowling alley, and many more. Your sims should never get bored and plenty of sims to meet.

The festival grounds are separate from the main park, it has all the festival stuff but the lot is kinda plain. This is intentional. The festival and boardwalk have space to add your own stuff to them. For the festival grounds have the buydebug cheat turned on before build/buy on it. On the front of the lot is a silver ball floating near the center light. ctrl+shift+click it and set the season to common for objects that are always there and the seasons for objects that are only available during that seasons festival. You can add stuff like the roller coaster if you have it, an arcade, anything you want. Only the seasons added activities found on other festival grounds gives tickets though.

Includes the CAW files if you want to change the world and upload your own version. The CAW files are populated, changing anything but residential lots is safe. If you want to change the residential lots or the sims then save the families without the lot to your bin and then use NRAAS Total Annihilation on them to remove them from the world. Then you can edit the lot. To edit the sims start a new game and put them on an empty lot, pause the game once starting. Use Master Controller to adjust careers and whatnot and edit them in CAS with the testingcheatsenabled true. Once done make sure they have no memories and save them to the bin and in CAW edit in game use the Makesim cheat to create a new sim then use Porter on their homes front door to unpack the edited family. They will spawn near the mailbox but I build/buy on the lot and use moveobjects to move them to the front of the lot. Not needed but everyone at the front of the lot is better than at the mailbox. Once done save, exit, edit in game again and use total annihilation on homeless to remove the sim you made with makesim. If you switched households he/she may have moved into a starter home so total annihilation on it.

Install:

Unzip into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Downloads folder and install with the Sims 3 launcher.
