This mod will increase how long tenants stay in shared spaces and the number of sims as well.
You will also need to set maximum sims in zone with MCCC.
If you play with a full household and the other 5 units have 8 sims each I would set maximum sims in zone between 68 to 88.
Version 1.02: Fixed sims despawning points.
Version 1.01: Toddlers and kids should now spawn as well.
