I was struggling with They are Billions so I wanted make things easier. I tried the "Easy Mode" mod by Quasart but felt it made the game too boring and easy so I decided to make my own. Below are the list of changes focusing on small buffs so there is still a challenge, just a slight one. This works on Steam version 1.1.3, no idea if it works on other versions and I wont be testing or updating it to.
All units have 50% more hp, 10% more attack, and 1 increased range
All defensive buildings have had they HP increased 300%
The Command Center and Tesla Towers now give double Energy Transfer range
