A very simple cheat table that when activated gives the player either 3 or 5 skill points on level ups.
Does not Affect the Stat/Hero points, I wasn't able to get it to work yet.
Highly recommend to use together with (But not NEEDED) The skill investment increase mod you can get off of github:

The Skill Investment Increase mod is a Hotfix mod, everything you need to know about Hotfix mods can be found here.
Just scroll down on the page and there'll be different segments teaching you how to install OpenHotfixloader, and how to install hotfix mods.
