Lara's face remodeled and morphed with straighter nose and less plastic face, new makeup added with Ancient Egyptian style eyeliner and bright eyeshadow, as well as darker brown eyes so she looks more realistic and less plastic. Arabian Nights, and now everyone can get blicked by a cutie patootie!

Started as a mod to give Lara eyeliner like on wall paintings in Egypt, ended up smoothing her face line and giving her more overall Middle-Eastern looks and the Egyptian profile from the tombs you can see in comparison shots. I also gave her realistic dark brown eyes instead of reddish orange color irises she has in-game.
If you want more subdued eyeshadow, for example, or just different lipstick, you can install the old Goth GF Egypt Girl mod on top, just know that 8000.dds (mature) and 8011.dds (young) are two skins Lara's face uses at any given time, and change those at will: https://www.nexusmods.com/tombraidertrilogy2remastered/mods/43
Original Lara Croft was designed with cartoonish proportions and which are hard to translate into more realistic graphics, and the first reveals of remastered model had people comparing her to Michael Jackson in later years, with goofy expression, sunken cheeks, and very little cartilage left in the nose... I think the designer did a decent job translating original FMV model to HD, but I wanted her to look less like she was hit in the face with a shovel.
Thankfully, it's all easily fixable in Blender, first giving her missing nose bridge (it's like the reverse rhinoplasty princess Vespa was threatened with in Spaceballs), smoothing lips so the don't look like a duckface, rounded her cheeks and made eyes more Arabian-like. Slightly different changes in older and younger model, and last edit I added dimples because I could. I tested and there are no major glitches, there's some minor clipping from far away, if it bothers you, get the BETA face for adult Lara.
And yes, in original designs she was a Latina named Laura Cruz and until the first movies, in-game Lara looked ambiguously brown. But I didn't bother changing her skin color or giving her tan for compatibility with other mods (hands, outfits etc.), plus Egyptians didn't bother with realism and just painted women with yellow paint (and men with red, making it look like Egypt had its entire female population with jaundice and all men sunburned).

I also have other makeup colors but by default, adult-er Lara comes with bright red lipstick and greyish-black eyeshadow, and young Lara has big green-blue Cyan shadows and pink "natural" lips. Slightly different eyeliner wings too. You can swap face textures if you want! I hope I'll find time to update and add more makeup styles.
It should be compatible with everything that doesn't change Lara's face models, LARA_HEAD.TRM and LARA_YOUNG_HEAD.TRM, I didn't bother with changing her X-Ray or face model in the yellow mecha diving suit, but updated the eyebrows in latter so it's not as jarring. Again, you can mix and match and use other makeup mods on top.
