About this mod
This Rome 2 save has almost all complete victory conditions:
Military Victory - Just spam ships. As you have everything but ships (about 5 turns)
Economic Victory - Just raise taxes. As you have everything but 90.000 income (about 1 turn)
Cultural Victory - Just build colosseum in Rome. As you have everything but colosseum (8 turns)

This is a Rome 2 campaign on standard difficulty with Rome where you can easily get any of all 3 win conditions: military, economic, cultural.
In order to get 15 trade for the econimic victory, I used "Dresden's Sack, Liberation and Diplomatic Options Mod" to be able to liberate nations as Rome. After I got 15 trades I removed it.
Otherwise the campaign was played without mods or any modifications.
In case you want to play any other part of this playthrough, I have uploaded the other saves from this campaign from 1 to 9. Save n.10 is the one where you can easily win any way.
