Unlocks every faction EXCEPT for DLC factions. Sorry. There's proof in the screenies. No crashes from what I've tested, though your mileage may vary.
Known issues: White boxes. So many white boxes. Goes away in campaign and battles, only a faction selection problem.
You might find it hard to know who fights for who. Just roll your mouse over the icon and you'll find the faction the character fights for.
