If you want your own custom faction line-up, you can use my mod's pack file as an example.  Just install RPFM: https://github.com/Frodo45127/rpfm/releases
and open the pack file.  There are a few tutorials on youtube.  I uploaded this as a template, as an opportunity to make people mad, and because I find this cool.
