Description: Unlocks all customization gear/outfits by lowering the minimum requirement of each item. So you just have to complete the prologue on any difficulty and by the time you reach the safehouse, it's unlocked anyways.
Installation:
Download the zip file and extract it into "...\Trepang2\CPPFPS\Content\Paks\".
