"A charismatic young rock star who became a supernatural being when Emperor Ozom took notice of his actions and revived him for his own plans. After becoming Ozom's personal assassin he was told that if he seeks to be stronger, he would have to defeat the Darkstalkers as well as collect their souls for the Emperor. Although Lord Raptor agreed, his true plans were to destroy Ozom and to take his spot as Emperor."
"During the events of Vampire Savior, Ozom and his castle disappear, leaving Lord Raptor puzzled. However, when he arrives at the location where Ozom's castle stood, he finds the entrance to the realm known as Majigen. This time, he intends to defeat the ruler of Majigen, Jedah Dohma, and take his role."

"Midnight Bliss is a move used in Darkstalkers where Demitri transforms the opponent into either a woman or a more comedic or seductive appearance, before draining them dry. With Lord Raptor, he is heavily based on metal and rock and roll, such as ties to AC/DC and Iron Maiden. I aimed to do the same with Madeline's naming convention."
"Madeline is based on Madeleine Short from the 1932 movie 'White Zombie', which was later used by the heavy metal band of the same name. It's vocalist, Rob Zombie, also produced 'Living Dead Girl', which was the general vibe I was going for.Sioux is derived both from the Native American Sioux tribe, as well as the band Siouxsie and the Banshees."
