BepInEx framework rebuild for .NET4.0 in order to properly work with Underrrail and a sample plugin that allows changing some aspects of the game as a proof of concept.

Most random dungeons spawn

This mod allows many of the random exclusive dungeons and quests to exist in the same playthrough such as Booth and Coral, the Camera Problems and the Mushroom Cove scavenger quests, or the Arena Masters and the Ice Apparition. Also guarantees the Hopper Dome, Jet Eater, and Matriuss Ludenlof will all spawn. Does not affect events.

Minigun Motor Rebalance

Minigun motors are rebalanced to make miniguns closer to the strength of LMGs, and also to behave more different from each other.

Misc SFX Tweaks

Tones down some of the more annoying sounds in the game.

The little white lines on the female guard portrait was bothering me so I fixed it.
