Massive Grand Hall for you and your community. Have everyone come eat, drink and be merry in this giant structure. There are communal chambers for your friends to rest and they each have their own personal chest and a beautiful spacious room for yourself with rooftop access and a beautiful view. Based off of Skyrim's Winterhold Grand Hall.

This is a massive grand hall. To build you will need to flatten a x 65 by y 50 area in order to place this building and if you decide to flatten the terrain all at once the game will become unresponsive, just wait as it will take a few minutes but it will flatten. It also currently has some structural issues when placed, to prevent part of the building from falling apart turn "CAN-DAMAGE:" to FALSE. I will update this building once the structure issue is fully resolved. Every building piece is vanilla and doesn't require any additional mods to function. I would recommend an auto feed mod for the torches and fires as there are a lot of them and some are very difficult to reach but doable.
