GREYDWARF FARMING SUCKS
I NERFED THE FARMS
Since I'm now modeling t2 farms and they'll soon be added to the game, I nerfed the tier1 farms to bring a linear progress to the mod.
This is the first usable version of the mod, it currently adds automatic farms for wood, resin and stone, these farms should be pretty expensive to craft, considering what they offer, but still worth it. Right now only Tier 1 farms are available.
Currently Added Stuff:
Decorations
Decorations have been moved to: Catalyst Buildables , to use them you don't NEED Build Expansion, but your build menu will be flooded and most buildable blocks will be unaccessible.
Machines
Tier 1 :
All tier 1 farms currently produce 30 resources per hour and can store a maximum of 20 before being full and stopping production.
Treetap Recipe(Resin farm) -
1 Flint Knife
15 Stone
10 Deer Hide
Gravelstop Recipe(Stone Farm) -
1 Antler Pickaxe
30 Stone
10 Resin
5 Surtling Core
Greydwarf Harvester(Wood Farm) -
1 Bronze Axe
20 Stone
5 Hard Antler
5 Ancient Seed
Tier 2 :
All tier 2 farms currently produce 60 resources per hour and can store a maximum of 35 before being full and stopping production.
A more technical description explanation of what this mod actually does.
- Add 6 new buildable pieces
- Each buildable piece farms 1 basic resource
- Currently the resources being farmed are: Resin, Wood and Stone
- The buildables work basically like beehives, but without most of the beehive's limitations.
- The buildables are fairly expensive to craft, but still shouldn't be harder than creating a greydwarf farm.
To Fix (stuff coming in the next patch or as soon as I can do it):
Add Tier 3?
Create machines for ore processing/refining
Create some sort of energy system (probably gonna take a while)
Known Issues:
Valheim Plus' automatic beehives seem to override my beehive scripts, making farms much slower. I'd say its a fair price to pay for automation, but I'll be looking into fixing this.
Special thanks to Dreous for helping me out with most of the code.
