Press "Use" hotkey on dvergr crate and buy its contents without fighting.
Cost is configurable. You can set it as you want. Default is Coins x2000. You can set it as other items (like BlackCore x1) or make it completely free.
Installation (manual)
copy BuyExtractorNeedle.dll to your BepInEx\Plugins\ folder.
Configurating
The best way to handle configs is Configuration Manager.
