Just a simple boat house. Can hold 4 Karves or 2 Longboats, or any combination. The only issue is the cross mast hitting the poles when first backing out.

First major building I built was this boathouse. I didnt like the simple docks that I was seeing, I wanted something a bit bigger and all inclusive.
2 Workstations set up on either side for repair work, and a simple box at the front for unloading.
Should be placed near water. Unsure what the terrain will do with this.
