Better continents custom map with 5 distinct continents

I have created a map for Valheim , using better continents. I always wanted to have a map with distinct "Kingdoms"/continents , harsh enviroment, and wide open space. In my opinion thats gives a little more realism and difficulty level to play the game. This map could also be used for a bigger server to play 20-40 people.

Valquake
