In the vanilla game you could only plant: Grass, Turnips, Carrots, Barley, Flax, Fir, Pine and Beech.
Planting Plus mod will allow you to grow everything else, such as: Raspberry bushes, Blueberry bushes, Cloudberry bushes, Red mushrooms, Yellow mushrooms, Blue mushrooms (which can be only obtained via console commands), Thistles, Dandelions, Birch trees, Oak trees, and Ancient trees.
All of the newly added plants will regrow overtime. That is just epic! Epic indeed! Note that the trees will not regrow of course.
I definitely recommend this mod because it neatly solves one of the problems in the vanilla game which is searching for the required plants all the time.
