I've got version 1.5.32 and am having trouble socketing things. I can socket some, but not others. This is affection the other players on our world as well. Could it have a problem with Azu Crafty Boxes or Azu Extended Player Inventory??
I have issues with 1.5.32. I had 1.5.30 before and had to rollback. The game did not start. I do have a lot of jewelcrafting addon mods installed.
Just in case somebody reading this: I would the jewelerybox be more like a utility item box. I Would want at least any ring, necklace and earring to fit in. But I would not mind putting belts and magic books into it too. Maybe even keys!
Having an issue. I am hosting a new world and server with some friends. We all have the same mods installed with the same versions.
When I make a gem or they make a gem, all the stats and effects of the gem properly show up. When they have the gem all it says is something like "A green gemstone, which can be socketed into an equipment piece, to unlock the power within" but with no stats or anything.
Im having the same issue on single player and my ded server. Just says no effect. Might have to go back to epic loot until this is resolved. Sucks because this mod is my favorite.
Can somebody explain the bossbone bow to me? The values are really underperforming. All the rest is usefull. But it is funny that they do not cut Ygdrasil like a blackmetal knife.
I do like the weapons since they usually come with a small bonus and look cool. The shields are the best I found in all my mods so far.
This is a solid mod, but the uselessness of the special boss gems is annoying. They'll trigger... every so often. They'll trigger... but never when you need them to. And when you don't need them to, they'll trigger all over the place and be just incredibly obnoxious, because the only way to turn them off is to remove them and the triggering itself is completely random, so you'll have explosions and screaming drakes all over the place at all times, except when you actually need them. Kind of sucks.
1. There needs to be a "Take All" button on the Jewelcrafting Chests that drop from enemies. 2. You need to fix the fact that these chests are not properly stacking despite having a flag to stack up to 20. 3. Gems are not dropping from enemies almost ever, even when jacked up to 100%, but other loot from the mod drops fine. 4. Having to use a completely separate file/file format to apply the ability to socket via crafting materials with no config is... less than ideal, to say the least.... I don't know anything about these specific file types so I cannot comment further as to the viability. 5. A mass-refine for Advanced > Perfect, please... I am dying, Squirtle... 6. Ice boss is way way way more difficult than the Poison and Fire one. Maybe buff the later two to bring them in line? It's nice having a challenge in late game! (Really like the modeling, btw!) 7. Crystal formations spawn way too densely and frequently. A way to limit this would be great, as seeing 3-8 neon crystal formations every 10ft was extremely immersion breaking and I had to turn it off immediately.
Mod is awesome in every other way, adds meaningful late/post-game goals, incentive to log on every day with friends (which is always a big big big +10 from me as a community manager), the effects fill some gaps that vanilla left room to be desired in, converting wisp & wishbone to gems was genius (and yes, it is compatible with mods that alter the wisp like 'Hey Listen').
Ye. This is easily a top fav mod. It could just use a bit of polishing!
Has anyone had any joy getting Jewelcrafting running since the latest 217.38 update? I have had to strip out Denikson's Bep pack to be able to connect to our server, replacing it with the basic 5.4.22 version from GitHub, however Jewelcrafting doesn't seem to load using this framework.
If I run a solo game I get the following errors when it tries to load JC:

Seems the issue is with JC and AzuExtendedPlayerInventory. Remove the Ext Inventory mod and JC works fine.
