Don't wait until level 16 - start crafting right after completing Tutorial Level!

This really small modification removes level requirement from Transmutation device.
Start crafting perfect gear from level 1! Don't wait!
Installation:
1. Make sure that lh_modmanager.hpk is in your game's DLC folder. If it isn't - download it here.
2. Put this mod's transmute_at_lvl1 folder into game's MODS folder. If no MODS folder s present - create it.
3. Run the game, make it to Hub, enjoy unlimited Transmutation for everyone!
Tested with latest GOG version to date at Windows 10.
Fully compatible with all DLCs - and with all other game modifications possible. Unless some modification would change same constant for no apparent reason (which is extreeeeeeeemely unlikely).
Why This Mod:
1. I'm sick of beating same starting locations with same item types. Sword-hammer-shotgun, sword-hammer-shotgun... maybe a scythe... blergh! Embrace WHOLE weapons variety from level one in least intrusive manner possible!
2. I really like Motorhead DLC revolvers - but don't like to grind it before beating main Campaign (nor to cheese some from its Hub).
