This mod adds the Tonic plot expansion items, Chalice ability seed expansion items, and Goddess Scales to every
item shop in the game. They cost 1 Lucre each. Allows purchase of all corestones for 1 Niccolo coin/sell for 10k.

This mod adds the Tonic plot expansion items, Chalice ability seed expansion items, and Goddess Scales to every
item shop in the game. They cost 1 Lucre each. Allows purchase of all corestones for 1 Niccolo coin/sell for 10k.
v1.1:
- Upgraded every Niccolo shop version to the final version, and Chalices/Bond ability seeds cost 1 coin each
- Added "_corestone" variant, allows purchase of every corestone in the game for 1 niccolo coin/sell for 10,000 coins each
v1.0:
- Initial release.
Instructions:
Place the following files in your mods folder:
a)
- pakchunk214-tonics_for_sale_5_P.pak
- pakchunk214-tonics_for_sale_5_P.ucas
- pakchunk214-tonics_for_sale_5_P.utoc
- OR -
b)
- pakchunk214-tonics_for_sale_corestones_7_P.pak

- pakchunk214-tonics_for_sale_corestones_7_P.utoc
That's it.
To put things back the way they were, just remove the pak/ucas/utoc files.
Note: The mods folder is typically "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\VisionsofMana\VisionsofMana\Content\Paks\~mods".
Notes:
Visit any item shop in the game, regardless of where you are in story, and you'll be able to purchase Tonics, Chalices,
and Goddess scales for 1 Lucre each. This will allow you to unlock the entire elemental plot, and expand your ability
seed capacity to 10 from the start of the game. It also allows you to discard excess Chalices/Tonics from the item menus.
This makes the buggy mod Tonic Free obsolete, since you can now expand the elemental plot the intended way.
It also upgrades all Niccolo shop versions to the final version, and changes the cost of Chalices/Bond ability seeds to 1.
Corestone version: Allows you to purchase all corestones in the game at Niccolo's coin shop. They cost 1 Niccolo coin,
and sell for 10,000 coins each. So you're free to complete your collection, or stock up on duplicates for more exchanging.
Conflicts:
This mod partially conflicts with the shop component of the Add Costume mod by rinnegrid. You won't be able to purchase
costumes from the armour shops when my mod is active. If you've already purchased all the costumes, or are using the
version of the mod without the shop component, then everything should be fine. Otherwise, install my mod just to get
the Tonics, Chalices, and Goddess Scales you need, and then remove it since you won't need it anymore.
How to mod VoM:
Unpacking and repacking can only be done with UnrealUnZen at the moment due to the game's use of iostore.
Load the game's primary utoc file, select repack files and select the folder with your modded files (with the same folder
structure as the original files). Then save the upack/utoc/ucas. Make sure to use the "_P" suffix for the filename as always.
For viewing uassets in readable json, use FModel. To edit the uassets, you'll have to do it in a hex editor for now.
