While there's an FOV modpack like this out in the wild, the only options are 80 and 100, which are way too wide, these ones are a more pleasant 62, 65, and 70
To install:
Navigate to the directory where Space Marine is installed, usually [your Steam directory or SteamLibrary folder]\steamapps\common\Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine
Open the folder with your desired FOV angle, and copy the preview folder to it
In Steam, open Space Marine's properties and go to the General tab, and in Launch Options, add -usepreview
Launch SpaceMarineAttribConverter, set the input directory to where the ATTR_PC files are (preview\sim\attributes\instances\camera_curve_settings), give them an output folder, set it to BAF-to-XML, and convert
Navigate to the newly-created output folder, open the XML files, search for field_of_view, and change the value in data to the desired FOV, grepWin and Notepad++ will make this step easier if you search/replace the current FOV
When finished, go back to the BAF-XML converter, set the input folder to the output folder with the newly-adjusted files, give it a new output folder, set it to XML-to-BAF, and convert
Navigate to the new output folder, put the newly-converted files in the preview\sim\attributes\instances\camera_curve_settings in the Space Marine directory, and overwrite when prompted
