About this mod
Ensures that bots - enemies and allies/operator-bots - are constantly taking actions with less idle pauses or "taking turns" attacking.

Update v0.3:
-Increased melee/close-combat aggression in Tzaangor (non-spearsman) and Flamer Rubric Marines.
Update v0.2:
- Tweaked cooldowns to "bias" certain enemies towards a certain type of behavior. For example, the increasing the cooldown on Lictor "visible" attacks so that the invisible/burrow attacks would be more available off cooldown.
- Decreased cooldowns for NPC's Ultimates to be in line with the player's cooldown in Astartes Overhaul.

Essentially a series of minor tweaks to the AI behaviour files that make the AI more "active."
Even stupid enemies are constantly at action trying to beat you - see Orks, right? They don't just stand there because of low IQ.
In general, what was done:
- Free up the cooldowns for *basic* actions - normal melee attacks (light AND heavy), dodging, strafing, maneuvering, etc.
- Reduce/prevent the chance that a bot will "prefer" an enemy based on who "sees" it first. This means bots will change targets more willingly.
"Special" abilities were not touched because the intent is not for raw difficulty. It's more about making sure every encounter is fulfilling.
