Major rework of the mod
Introduced fully customisable settings such as the max distance, scale, alpha and RGB colour of the marker icon.
Reworked how the marker is handled to improve efficiency.

I've always found Martyr's skulls to be a fun break in between heretic purging, but there are a few things that annoy me.
So here is Martyr's Skull Assistant!
A quick rundown of the main features:
Adds a distinct icon above Martyr's Skulls.
Optional "keep on screen" tracking to point to the direction of the collectable.
Displays a message at the beginning of a level to let you know the skull is present, and whether your character needs the Martyr's Skull penance on the current map.
Full customisation of the max distance, scale, alpha and RGB colour value of the marker.
Future Plans: I am working on a "guide" system, which will point you in the right direction, and tell you what buttons to press in what order to complete Martyr's Skull puzzles.
Currently cooking, will take a while as I have to manually do each map's puzzle separately, but it's looking pretty sweet.
