The Eldar may be proud, but they're not foolish. When there's a perfectly good rifle laying around the Rogue Trader's ship the only thing stopping them from using it is a bit of cultural bias. This mod gets them over that. For the price of a talent choice, they can gain access to your regular human weapons in the same way that your Rogue Trader can gain access to theirs.
The other requirements must still be met, though - i.e. a plasma gun still requires plasma weapons proficiency.
It should become available upon installing but if not, try a respec.
Installation:
You will need to install MicroPatchesversion 1.17.4+ for this mod to work.
The easiest way to install it would be to use Modfinder.
If not using ModFinder, you will need to unzip the folder into your Game's Modifications folder. The path will be similar to C:\Users\Me\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Warhammer 40000 Rogue Trader\Modifications
Once the folder is there, you may need to edit your OwlcatModificationManagerSettings.json file. This is one level up from the mod's folder. It needs to look something like:
You will need to add the two entries for jhHumanWeaponProf following the format above. Once this file is edited you can start your game and you should see the mod in the in-game mod tool (not the built in Unity Mod Manager)
