It makes your party's cloaks and capes invisible. That's it. Redress does it better, but I just wanted them all gone.
To install, extract the jhNoCloaks folder from the .zip file and place it in C:\Users\[you]\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Warhammer 40000 Rogue Trader\UnityModManager.
This mod is a dumbed-down snippet of Redress code, credit where it's due.
