Removes gender checks for Cassia romance branches in dialogs.

Remember that all mods disable achievements unless you have a mod to enable them again.
To install, unpack zip to %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Warhammer 40000 Rogue Trader\UnityModManager (there should be new folder RT.UMM.CassiaRomanceF with mod files inside).
It should be enabled by default, but you can check the status in UMM (CTRL+F10 in game).
As an alternative you can use romance tweak from ToyBox, which implements it in another way and also covers Hendrix.
