This mod increase power of 39 Soviet Division.

- Permissions and credits
Changes:
-GRAD replaced by SMERCH (seriously, why USSR don't have it?!)
-Add T80U (1 card, max 3 Unit)
-MI-24V (RKT), MI-24V (AA), MI-24V (AT) now have 2 units per card
-Mi24VP replaced by Ka-50
-Add more XP for KUBs
-Shilka replaced by Tunguska
-Grenzer replaced by GRU
-And Spetsnaz GRU now can use BMP2-3 and BTR60
-Increase number of URALS x2
Install:
extract 39_Supremacy to C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\EugenSystems\WARNO\mod\ and choose mod in game
